The Get-Stuffed Stuffer Mark II was a device invented by James Bolivar diGriz in A Stainless Steel Rat is Born. The device was preceded by the Get-Stuffed Stuffer Mark I, and, like its predecessor, was intended to steal Get-Stuffed Candy Bars.
The device was centered around a tube connected to a silent vacuum pump. The pump would suck Get-Stuffed Candy Bars through diGriz's shirt sleeve and down into his plus-fours, which were made into makeshift sacks with rubber bands above the ankles.
The one failure of this design was the pump could not be turned off. The pump would continue going, and it required loud noise to cover the squeaking of the wrappers and a distraction, so that nobody doubted diGriz's bulging-legged form.
